Last week, I was able to purchase my second property with the help of Mr. Golshani, again.
We were searching for over a year because of the very specific requirements for this second purchase.     I'm not sure if a close relative agent would have cared & assisted more than what Mr. Golshani did for me. There were times that I was so exhusted that I just wanted to buy the next property that comes along but his patience, expertise, great nature & honesty stopped me with an optimistic view of the future which assured me that we will find more suitable properties and we finally did!  I can honestly say that I only wish there were more people like Arash (Mike) in this world, we would have had a much better world with more people like him. 
I wish him all the best and pray that he achieves what he wishes for as I know, with his help, I just did.
